How long does it take to ship orders?
The processing time once and order has been made can take up to 1-5 days,
and shipping times will vary depending on where you are located:
New Zealand- 1-7 days
Australia- 3-20 days
Everywhere else- 7-30 days
Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control. However please email me with any concerns regarding your package.
All orders are sent using NZ Post Tracked Economy Service.
What are your earrings made of?
All of my handmade items are made using polymer clay. They are then hand painted and coated in UV resin. All hooks are hypoallergenic and silver plated.
How do you take care of your earrings?
Because these products are handmade, they are delicate so please be gentle with them. Do not soak them in water or let them make contact with any chemicals. To clean, use a damp cloth to wipe the surface and then dry with a paper towel. Store them in a cool and dry place.
Silver plated earring hooks may yellow overtime due to oxidation. The best way is to wear your sterling silver jewelry frequently. The oils in your skin will "clean" the sterling silver every time you wear a piece.
